Polished Pup is an express luxury grooming service focused on personalized care and one on one service. Our top priorities are to create a bond with your dog, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience and return to you impeccably clean.



The Experience

The experience begins with bathing which includes:

• Two baths followed by a conditioning treatment. We use premium products chosen based on the specific needs of each dog.
• A gentle, exfoliating facial. We offer blueberry, sugar scrub and fragrance free facials.

When bathing is complete, each dog is wrapped in a warm, plush towel straight from the warmer. We offer different hand drying methods to accommodate their specific needs.

After your dog is dry,
• nails are trimmed and/or filed (service is unique to each dog’s comfort level)
• paw pads and sanitary trim
• ears are cleaned
• custom haircut
• complimentary spritz of a luxury finishing fragrance (optional)
• complimentary accessory to wear home (optional)
• And of course, Lots of LOVE!



Frequency

Creating a bond with your dog and ensuring their comfort and safety during the grooming process are very important to us. In order to provide these, we strongly recommend grooming service of 8 weeks or less. This also helps to make this a positive and joyful experience for your dog.



Pricing

Our pricing is unique to each dog. We are able to provide more accurate pricing estimates during our meet and greet appointments for new clients and upon evaluation at drop off for existing clients.

About Me

My passion for grooming was ignited after I adopted my Shih Tzu, Cody, from a local shelter in 2016. Due to his fearful and reactive nature, I was unable to find a groomer to work with him.

I began grooming Cody myself, and although he is very difficult, I discovered I loved the grooming process and found it to be very therapeutic.

I started attending grooming seminars in 2017 and left my career in law enforcement in 2021 to pursue my passion of working with dogs. I have attended continuing education throughout the country to expand my knowledge and stay up to date within the pet care industry.

I gained hands-on experience by attending a grooming school in Kentucky, working in several different grooming salons and mentoring under industry leaders such as Nikki Guimaraes, owner of Immaculate Pooch in Leicester, MA.

I hold the following certifications: Pet First Aid and CPR, Hair and Skin by Dr. Cliff Faver, and AKC S.A.F.E. Groomer. I am a member of the New England Pet Grooming Professionals.
